Hands on Adjustment Workshop for teachers and dedicated practitioners. (Please either come warm, or take the class before!) We will explore the principles and guidelines of giving hands on adjustments safely and skilfully. In the first part of the workshop we will work on basic assists and in the second part we will work on assisting more advanced āsanas. There will be plenty of room for questions, trying things out and exploring.
Sunday 21st of September
10:00 - 13:00 “Anatomy of a Class”,
Sequencing Workshop - a unique chance to “look behind the curtains” of a vinyasa class and discover the different tool to create a Yoga class. We will talk about general guidelines when it comes to sequencing a peak pose, ideas on how to chose a theme for a class and how to integrate it and how to create a meaningful experience for the practitioners. There will be lots of room for questions.

🌟🧘🏽♀️Martyna is an advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and cofounder of the online platform @liberationlaboratory . Before she completely dedicated her life to practicing and teaching Yoga she has been working as an actress.
Martyna is part of the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training faculty and has been serving as a mentor in the Jivamukti Yoga Apprenticeship Program numerous times.
She is also trained as a trauma informed Yoga facilitator and has created a Jivamukti Yoga prenatal series and teacher training.
Currently based in Berlin she is teaching classes at Peace Yoga Berlin as well as retreats and workshops all over the world.🌎🌟

Es werden die Grundprinzipien des Sequenzierens eine Vinyasa Yoga Klasse vorgestellt, und alle Elemente die in ihr vorkommen vertieft:
Wie bereite ich eine “Peak Pose” vor
Wie kann ich eine gut abgerundete Sequenz ohne Peak Pose strukturieren
Grundlegende Regeln des Sequenzierens
Wie kann ich Musik einsetzen
Wie kann ich spirituelle Themen vorstellen (Dharma Talk)
Dieser Workshop ist sowohl geeignet für Yoga Lehrende, als auch für alle, die ihre home practice bessern und strukturieren wollen, oder einfach mal “hinter die Kulissen” schauen wollen wie eine Vinyasa Yoga Klasse aufgebaut wird. Es wird viel Raum für Fragen geben und jede:r wird die Möglichkeit haben eine eigene kleine Sequenz zu unterrichten.
Dieser Workshop findet in den Räumlichkeiten unseres Kooperationspartners Steamwork Karlsruhe in der Roonstr. 23a statt.

Zwei Stunden herz-zentrierte Praxis für Körper und Geist.
Wir beginnen mit einer dynamischen Vinyasa-Sequenz, die deinen Körper gezielt auf tiefere Rückbeugen vorbereitet. Im Workshop-Teil lernst du die Technik und Ausrichtung, um Rückbeugen sicher und mit Leichtigkeit auszuführen. Der Abschluss kombiniert Mantras und Meditation, um die Praxis auf körperlicher und spiritueller Ebene zu vervollständigen.
Eine intensive Erfahrung, die Herz und Körper öffnet – kraftvoll, achtsam, inspirierend.
